Students

Students from Grade 12 onwards or students who ‘re seeking higher educational opportunities can register to attend. Once registered, you’ll receive a registration confirmation over email, with a visitors access link to visit the online expo on 9th and 10th July , 2021 from 9.00am to 7.00pm.

Parents

If you’re a parent who would like to join on behalf of a student should register using your registered student’s information.

Student FAQs

Future Minds Connect 2021 is an online event for anyone thinking of joining on a course, going to college, doing a postgraduate degree, returning to education, upskilling, changing career direction, taking professional courses or looking for information on courses, classes and educational options in Sri Lanka.

No. There is no cost for students to participate. Registration is absolutely free.
First, students should register on the platform and then can attend the Webinars on the correct dates and during the appropriate timeslot.
Having logged on with registered username and password on the specified date and during the time slot, students can directly visit the institution's page. From there onwards student can interact instantly with the admissions heads through various channels like Video, Chat or Request for Call Back. The student can choose whichever channel suits best.
There is no limit for interaction with the Institutions. Students are encouraged to interact with one or more participating institutions to get a wider educational choice.
Yes. You have to put ON your camera and microphone while connecting during the Video Chat, so the institution counsellor will be able to see and hear you. (So dress up appropriately!) After your interaction, you can leave the Video Chat Room clicking on the ‘LEAVE’ button on your screen.
Yes. Online chat options are also available for the students to interact 1-on-1 with the Admission Officers of various participating institutions.
Yes! Students can attend multiple sessions on a variety of topics to gain exposure to a range of different colleges and universities.
Students may join from any mobile phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet. They need to have a Zoom or Google Meet video conference account. While broadband Wi-Fi is recommended, students may participate without Wi-Fi over their phone’s mobile connection, too.
